PEPPER STEAK OVER RICE 
1 lb. steak
1 lg. green pepper, sliced thin
1 lg. can mushrooms, drained
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 box dry Lipton soup mix, mushroom & onion
1 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
Rice

Cut up steak in thin strips, let brown. In a saucepan; take butter and saute mushrooms, pepper and onion. After it is done, when onion turns clear, add to steak. Add both packages of dried soup mix and 1 cup water. Let simmer for 20 minutes. Make rice. Then pour steak "enough for your family" over rice.
