PINEAPPLE-ORANGE SUNSHINE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1/4 c. applesauce
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges in light syrup

Mix together all ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 33 to 37 minutes in two 8-inch baking pans. 3.6 grams fat.

Frosting:

1 (8 oz.) container light whipped topping
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice

Mix all ingredients. Frost cake.
