STROMBOLI 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
Vegetable oil
1/4 lb. ham, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. Genoa salami
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, thin sliced
3 inch stick of pepperoni, thin sliced
1/4 lb. mushrooms

Allow dough to thaw. Chop mushrooms and saute in butter. Roll dough into a rectangle. Liberally oil both sides of dough. Cover surface of dough with ham, salami, cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms. Roll filled dough, beginning at the shorter side, to resemble a jelly roll. Let it rise for about two hours at room temperature or overnight (covered) in refrigerator. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Slice 3/4 inch thick and serve hot.
