FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) roll sugar cookie dough
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fresh fruit (kiwi, grapes, bananas, pineapple, strawberries)
1/2 c. fruit preserves (apricot or peach)
1 tbsp. water

Line pizza pan with foil. Cut cookie dough in 1/8 inch slices and pat together on pan to form crust. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together; spread on dough. Top with fruit in pretty designs. Mix preserves and water, pour over top and refrigerate.
