MANDARIN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients and mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Bake in 3 greased and floured 9" cake pans for 25 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 sm. box vanilla instant pineapple

Combine pineapple and pudding mix. Fold into Cool Whip. Spread between the layers and on top of the cool cake. Refrigerate overnight before serving. This cake is delicious.
