MANDARIN PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 white or yellow cake mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 can mandarin oranges with juice 3/4 c. oil 4 eggs TOPPING: 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 lg. can (15 to 20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice 1 sm. pkg. instant coconut pudding Mix all 5 cake ingredients for 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in greased cake pan. When cake is completely cool, mix all topping ingredients together and spread over cake. |
