CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix flour and sugar in a large bowl. In saucepan, bring to a boil butter, water, and cocoa. When just beginning to boil pour mixture over flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Mix well by hand. Do NOT overmix or beat. Bake in a well greased and floured 17 x 11 x 3/4 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake while hot. Sprinkle with nuts and more powdered sugar if desired.
