PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Topping:

1 roll ritz crackers
1 stick butter (melted)

Drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Line casserole dish with pineapple. Mix flour and sugar together, sprinkle over pineapple and top with cheese. Pour 1/3 c. of juice on top. Mix together butter and crackers sprinkle on top of pineapple.

Bake 350°F for 45 minutes.
