3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
2/3 c. oil

Mix all together. Put into greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until middle springs back at touch.
