TORTELLINI SALAD 
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can chicken broth
1 lb. tortellini, cooked and drained
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/4 c. sliced green onions

Mix first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Combine the tortellini, vegetables and onion in a large bowl. Pour the sauce on top. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Variation: Use a mixture of vegetables that includes broccoli and water chestnuts.
