HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
1/2 lb. ground lean beef
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

Mix well. Shape into balls and freeze. When ready to use, arrange in shallow baking dish. Cover with tangy sauce.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees, basting several times.
