1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix all together and knead. Tear off 1 inch size hunks and roll pieces to resemble snakes. Form into letters. Brush with a beaten egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown.
