CHEESE SPREAD 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 (5 1/2 oz.) jar cream horseradish
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
8 to 10 drops of Tabasco sauce

Melt cheese in double boiler or "micro" wave on low. Add other ingredients. Quickly put into butter tubs or other containers and refrigerate. Will keep indefinitely.
