HARD ROCK CANDY 
1 c. water
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3 3/4 c. sugar
Powdered sugar
Mint flavoring

Add first 3 ingredients. Stir over medium heat until it boils. Let boil to 310 degrees. Take off stove; add mint flavoring and stir. Sprinkle powdered sugar on an oblong pan. Pour candy. Let stand for a second and cut.

Great recipe. I made Watermelon today and it was real delicious. Next will be Spearmint and Cinnamon. But could you put how much flavoring, I used two drams today but I was told Spearmint and Watermelon was a stronger oil. I use LorAnn Oils.
