SALMON PATTIES 
1 lg. can red salmon
Salt & pepper
1 egg
Cracker crumbs

Drain a little juice from can but not all of it. Peel black skin and remove bones. Mash up, put in salt and pepper. Add egg and cracker crumbs (enough so they stick together). Lightly grease pan and heat before putting in patties. Fry until light brown but crispy.
