TACO SALAD 
This salad is a cool and imaginative way to use Nachos.

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Nacho chips
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 sliced onion
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Brown ground beef and drain. Cool at room temperature. Mix lettuce, tomato, onion, Cheddar cheese, kidney beans and oregano, tossing well. At serving time, combine ground beef, Nacho chips (broken in small pieces), and Italian dressing, and add to salad. Garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
