SWEET PEA CASSEROLE 
2.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
2 oz. jar diced pimentos
1 lg. can (17 oz.) small sweet peas
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Melt Velveeta cheese in double boiler (or microwave oven). Drain the other three ingredients in a colander, gently mix them together. In a quart casserole dish, put half of the cheese, the peas, mushrooms and pimentos. Add the remaining cheese on top. Carefully stir and heat for about 3 to 4 minutes in microwave or bake 15 to 20 minutes in coventional oven at 350 degrees.

Good served hot or cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
