SWEET PEA CASSEROLE | |
2.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms 2 oz. jar diced pimentos 1 lg. can (17 oz.) small sweet peas 1 lb. Velveeta cheese Melt Velveeta cheese in double boiler (or microwave oven). Drain the other three ingredients in a colander, gently mix them together. In a quart casserole dish, put half of the cheese, the peas, mushrooms and pimentos. Add the remaining cheese on top. Carefully stir and heat for about 3 to 4 minutes in microwave or bake 15 to 20 minutes in coventional oven at 350 degrees. Good served hot or cold. |
