ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3 mild Italian sausages
1 med. onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3/4 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 lg. beaten eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. parsley

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on broiler pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. (Recipe can be doubled and frozen after cooking. Freeze separately on cookie sheet then place in freezer bag.)

Add meatballs to your favorite warm spaghetti sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Cook spaghetti and top with meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
