1 can crab meat or fresh crab meat, shredded
1 sm. onion or scallions
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Pinch of salt

Cut crusts off sliced egg bread. Cut into squares. Spread mixture on bread. Place on cookie sheets. Broil until brown and bubbly.
