SNOWBALLS 
1/2 c. well drained crushed pineapple
1/4 c. softened butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
66 vanilla wafers
Whipped cream
Coconut

Mix well pineapple, butter, sugar, egg yolk and nuts. Spread mixture between vanilla wafers using 3 for each stack. Spread all sides and top with whipped cream (after the stacks have set overnight). Then roll in shredded coconut. Keep in refrigerator.
