PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 whole eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. pumpkin

Beat the eggs and sugar until well blended, add the oil. Stir the dry ingredients together. Add to the egg mixture. Add pumpkin, mix again. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch pan or regular cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.

TOP WITH CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temp.
1/2 c. butter, softened at room temp.
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (opt.)

Combine.
