HOT POTATO SALAD 
9 boiled potatoes
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 lb. bacon
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. sugar

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon fry green pepper and onion. Drain. Cube the potatoes, add the drained bacon, green pepper and onion. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and sugar. Pour over potatoes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be heated in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or in microwave until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
