HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
Boil 6-8 medium potatoes (not overdone).

Chop 1 onion and set aside.

Fry 1/4 pound bacon, chop in small pieces and fry until crisp. Remove form grease and drain, save grease.

SAUCE:

1 full tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. bacon grease

Mix dry ingredients together. Add vinegar and water and bring to boil, stirring until it thickens. Add bacon grease and continue boiling a few minutes.

Peel and cube potatoes, mix with onion and bacon. Pour hot sauce over potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste.
