ITALIAN SAUSAGE SKILLET | |
1 lb. Italian sausage, mild 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 c. wide noodles, cooked 2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce with cheese Remove casing from sausage. In skillet brown sausage with green pepper and onion, pour off fat. Stir in the 2 cups of cooked noodles and tomato sauce. Simmer about 5 minutes until thoroughly heated. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
