NO BAKE CHEESECAKE 
1 sm. pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve and let cool. 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Cream well. 1 stick butter, melted 1 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix together. Save 1 cup for topping.

Chill overnight.

Press graham cracker mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Whip evaporated milk until it's like whipped cream. Add cold jello while whipping. Mix in cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
