MEXICAN DINNER 
1 lb. ground meat
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn or Mexi-corn
Chopped onion to taste
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg. cornbread mix
Salt and pepper and chili powder to taste

Brown meat with the onion, salt and pepper. Drain the meat; add chili powder, tomato sauce, chili and corn. Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Prepare cornbread mix by package directions and pour over meat mixture. Bake at 400 until cornbread is done.
