3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
10 heaping tsp. powdered sugar, sifted
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, vanilla and water. Mix well. Add nuts. Roll or shape into sticks about 2 1/2 inches long. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
