OREO COOKIE BARS 
24 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 gal. ice cream, softened (flavor of choice)

Place cookies in plastic bag and freeze. Remove from freezer and roll cookies in plastic bag until finely crushed. Mix with melted butter and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze until hard. Let ice cream soften enough to spread over crust. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle in thin stream over ice cream. Cover and freeze several hours. Let sit out 10 minutes before serving.
