BRAN MUFFINS 
2 c. 100% bran cereal
1 c. Crisco
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 qt. buttermilk
4 c. Kellogg's All Brand

1. 2 cups boiling water poured over 100% bran. Let set.

2. Cream together sugar, Crisco and eggs.

3. Mix flour, soda and 1 teaspoon salt together.

4. Alternating with buttermilk and flour mixture adding to cream mixture.

5. Add 100% bran mixture.

6. Add Kellogg's All Bran.

7. May add fruits or nuts if desired. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Mixture may be kept in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks or longer.
