BEEF SPANISH RICE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. Minute Rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. hot water
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 lb. ground beef

Saute onion and green pepper in the butter. Add rice, hot water, tomato sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off heat and add cooked ground beef. Serve hot.
