MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lb. potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Grated cheese

Peel and cut up potatoes; boil in salted water until done; mash well. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter and salts. Pour into large casserole dish. May be frozen and when baked sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
