BEEF 'N BEAN BARBECUE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can pork & beans
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread
1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated butter- milk or country style biscuits

Brown meat and drain. Add pork & beans, barbecue sauce, onion, and salt. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in 1/4 pound cheese cubes. Pour into a 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Cut biscuits in half, forming half circle. Place, cut side down, around edge of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with processed cheese spread slices; return to oven until cheese melts. Serves 6.
