BRISK BEEF AND BEANS BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef slightly seasoned to taste, browned
4 or 5 med. potatoes, sliced thinly
2 med. onions, diced
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato soup

Season ground beef and put into a greased casserole. Put sliced potatoes and diced onions on the ground beef. Add the beans and pour the tomato soup over all the mixture. Cover with lid. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. Bake another 15 minutes, uncovered.
