MEAT AND POTATO BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Chopped onion, green pepper, and celery
1 (2 lbs.) pkg. frozen potato nuggets
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can milk

Brown hamburger and drain. In a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish, layer the cooked ground beef, chopped onion, green pepper, and celery, and frozen potato nuggets. Combine soups and milk. Pour over layered meat and potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until sauce is bubbling.
