PUMPKIN ROLL 
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
3 eggs
2/3 canned packed pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Grease jelly roll pan; line bottom with wax paper; grease paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Invert roll onto clean towel dusted with powder sugar and walnuts. Peel off wax paper. Roll up cake and towel together. Place seam side down and cool completely.

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat filling ingredients together. When cake is cooled, unroll carefully. Spread with filling and re-roll. Place seam side down on serving plate.
