STEAK & DRESSING 
Lg. boneless round steak
Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (I use cornbread)
Soy sauce

Beat steak and tenderize with Adolph's meat tenderizer. Place in bowl with cover and sprinkle steak with soy sauce. Leave in refrigerator until ready to cook. Brown steak in buttered skillet.

Prepare stuffing according to package. (I use the 2 cup recipe.) Lay steak on plate or cutting board. Put stuffing in middle, fold sides over (like a jelly roll) and use skewers or toothpicks to hold together. Put in pan and cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool 5 minutes then slice.
