MOCK RAVIOLA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. grease
3/4 c. spinach liquid
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Pepper
1 lg. can spinach
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. butterfly macaroni

Brown meat, onion and garlic in grease until crumbly. Add spinach liquid, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, Italian seasoning and pepper to meat and cook for 15 minutes.

Then add 1 can of spinach, bread crumbs, salad oil, eggs, and half of the cheese.

Having cooked the macaroni, now arrange in layers with the meat mixture and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
