1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water to dissolve Jello
1 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix Jello in hot water until it dissolves. Combine with juice and sugar and extract. Pour into 1 gallon container and finish filling with water.
