DILLY BEANS 
2 lbs. trimmed green beans
4 dill heads
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt

Pack beans lengthwise into hot jars leaving 1/4 inch head space. To each pint add 1 clove garlic, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne and 1 dill head. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over beans. Adjust caps. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath. Let sit 2-4 weeks before tasting.
