2-STEP CHICKEN BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. dry bread crumbs

In 9" shallow casserole, arrange broccoli, top with chicken. Combine soup and milk, pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine butter and bread crumbs, sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot. Microwave: Cover with waxed paper, microwave on High, 6 minutes or until hot. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
