10 MINUTE MINI STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKES | |
These are so easy the kids can make dessert! 1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits 1 box frozen strawberries (I use the black type) 1 container frozen whipped topping Remove strawberries from package. Either defrost the morning of use, or use a saucepan or microwave to do it 15 minutes before you prepare the dessert. Place biscuits, sides touching, on a lightly greased pan (8 inch round if you have one). Bake 18 minutes at 425 degrees, or until browned nicely. Watch carefully so they don't burn. Remove biscuits. Split in half. Put bottom of biscuit on fancy dessert dish. Spoon on about 1 tablespoon strawberries. Put top biscuits on. Place 1 tablespoon strawberries, then 1 tablespoon frozen topping on biscuit. Enjoy! |
