SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MEATBALLS 
Bachelors Spaghetti and Meatballs. Literally takes 20 minutes prep!

3 lb. ground chuck, divided
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sage
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. fresh garlic minced
6 (15 oz. ea.) cans tomato sauce (any brand, its the seasoning and love that makes it taste good!)
2 tomatoes, diced
2 yellow/green peppers, diced
12 fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4-inch thick

Brown 1 lb. hamburger, onion and garlic (medium heat). Pour in tomato sauce and all other ingredients. Mix well (medium heat) remaining 2 lb. hamburger rolled into 1 to 2-inch meatballs (about 15 to 24 meatballs). Place meatballs into (medium heat) sauce, cover and set on low heat, stirring occasionally for 1 hour (longer it cooks on low the better the flavor).
