BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 can red beans
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt to taste
Grated cheese

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Remove casserole from oven, cover top with grated cheese, return to oven until cheese is melted.
