CRANBERRY-ORANGE RELISH | |
2 c. fresh cranberries, finely chopped 2 tbsp. grated orange rind 1 med. orange, peeled, sectioned, seeded and chopped 1 med.-size green apple, cored and finely chopped 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. ground ginger 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg Combine all ingredients in medium bowl, stir well. Cover and chill overnight. Yield: 8 servings; 65 calories per 1/4 cup serving. |
