FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients for crust and press into greased round pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cream filling ingredients and spread on cooled crust.

FRUIT:

Mandarin oranges
Pineapple slices
Strawberries
Kiwis
Blueberries
Raspberries

Arrange fruit in circular rows over cream cheese from edge to center. May vary with fresh fruits listed. Do not use canned pie filling, apples or melons.

GLAZE:

1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Juice from canned fruit

Use juice of one lemon plus pineapple and mandarin orange juice to make 1 cup. Mix cornstarch well with sugar in saucepan and pour in juice gradually. Cook until thickened. Cool somewhat. Pour over fruit and refrigerate. Do not top. Crust does not keep well, so make the day you plan to serve it.
