BEANS IN BRIEF 
1 can (28 oz.) pork & beans
1 can (8 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. instant onion
2 cans (5 oz. each) Vienna sausages, drained

Empty beans into a buttered 2 quart microwave-safe casserole; stir in drained pineapple, sugar and onion. Cover and microwave on high power for 4 minutes, stirring once. Add meat; cover and microwave on high power for 3 to 4 minutes until hot.

Conventional Method: Combine all ingredients in a buttered 2 quart casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until hot. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
