FRENCH SILK PIE 
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs

Mix first 4 ingredients until silver in color. Add 3 eggs; whip until smooth and shiny. Pour into baked 9-inch shell. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with whipped cream.
