ORANGE SALAD 
1 can mandarin orange slices
several leaves from red leaf lettuce
pine nuts

Dressing:

1/3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/3 tbsp. Indonesian soy sauce
1/3 tbsp. light oil

Whisk dressing ingredients together. Toss with lettuce leaves. Top with orange slices and then sprinkle pine nuts on top.
