NEW RED POTATOES 
8 sm. red potatoes (1 lb.)
1/4 c. water

Scrub potatoes and peel a strip around the center of each. Combine potatoes and water in a two-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high powder for 6-10 minutes or until fork tender. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
