NACHO CHEESE DIP 
1/2 can stewed tomatoes, crush with fingers
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 cube butter
1/2 c. whole milk
1 (#2) box Velveeta, cubed
Jalapeno pepper to taste, chopped

Saute onions in butter. Add tomatoes and milk. Let it come to a boil. Add Velveeta cubes stirring constantly until cheese melts. Add chopped Jalapeno to desired taste.
